Are your hair falling out, it is dry, it grows poorly? The reason may be incorrect head cleaning.
1. Brush your hair well before washing
Do it carefully, especially when you use strong means for styling hairstyles – foam, gel, varnish, paste. Be sure to brush your long hair regardless of whether you use styling cosmetics or not – this way you will avoid tangling of strands during washing.
2. Never pour shampoo directly on your hair
Remember that it is a strong concentrate that can irritate the scalp. Pour a portion of the walnut-sized cosmetic into the hollow of your hand, add some water and then blot. Shake the solution of the shampoo into the hair abundantly moistened with lukewarm water. First at the front and back of the head, then at the other parties. Massage until a foam is formed that you can spread over the entire length of the strands.
3. Massage the scalp during washing
Massage for 3-4 minutes. Thanks to this, you will improve its blood supply, oxygenate and nourish the hair follicles, thus accelerating hair growth.
4. The second washing is unnecessary
Of course, only when you care for your hair systematically. It’s better to massage twice more, producing more foam and rinsing well.
5. Rinse twice as long as you have been washing your head
Well brushed hair “squeak” when you squeeze and wipe the strand between your fingers.
6. Do not rub your wet hair with a towel
They are very sensitive and prone to damage! Squeeze the excess water and wrap the head with a turban for at least 5-10 minutes.
7. Brush gently
Use a comb with widely spaced teeth or brushes with needles tipped with a ball (sharp edges damage the scarred surface of the hair, they can injure the scalp). Long strands begin combing from the lower parts, moving systematically closer and closer to the base. If your hair tends to become entangled, spray them with a spray that makes combing easier.
8. Allow the hair to dry at room temperature
If you need to use a dryer, use a stream of cool air better. Hot, like styling equipment that produces high temperatures (straightener, curling iron), requires the use of a preparation that protects the scales and the structure of the hair.
